How will having the lead pastor gone affect the other HMCC churches outside of Ann Arbor?
The other HMCC churches will not be affected. First of all, our site pastors have been taking on most of the responsibilities in their specific locations. They are also preaching more, training up their own leadership, counseling, and handling the administrative aspects of their sites. Pastor Seth currently visits these locations for specific occasions only; therefore, not having Pastor Seth in the U.S. will have little effect on the other churches.
