How will guests visiting our office, to give a presentation, access the Internet via the wireless network? Will we need to set up an account for the guest?

There are two ways. If they need access to the Internet only, then they can request a guest user ID that will allow them to connect to the Internet via the wireless Internet gateway. If they need access to the NIH network and you and/or the ISSO of your IC authorize them to do so then an Active Directory account can be activated for their use. Your desktop support staff would need to install and configure the VPN client on the guest’s computer. The guest users will only be able to access the wireless network in guest-designated areas.
