How will Greenhill be paid?

0

Greenhill will receive a commission from the lending company. This is variable and is dependent on a number of factors including: Who the lender is and the interest rate charged. This commission payment is a payment from the lender to us. It is not deducted from your loan or mortgage advance. We will always advise you of the amount of commission the lender pays to us. Greenhill will also charge you a fee. The fee on a loan is up to 12% of the loan amount and is only payable on completion of your loan. This fee is normally added to your loan. We work on a no loan no fee basis. For mortgages a fee of 2% of the mortgage amount will be charged, subject to a minimum of £1,750, this is normally added to the mortgage and we work on a no mortgage no fee basis. The Finance Industry Standards Association guide that we will send along with your loan offer further details on how we are remunerated.Top of page!
