How will grant awards be determined if application is made on behalf of a consortium?

Grant awards will be based on the total allocation for all eligible school districts within the consortium. Grants will be awarded to the lead school district on behalf of all eligible school districts applying within the consortium. Consortium members that are not eligible to apply independent of the LEA will not be funded.
