How will GIM interns get to their internship each day?
The first few days GIM participants will be transported to their internships by team members. After that, GIM participants have the choice of taking a taxi or public transportation. This aids GIM participants in becoming fully immersed in the culture of Shanghai and understanding the day to day life of a Shanghainese commuter. GIM participants will be given a transportation card (included in GIM package) that will be pre-filled with money that can be used for taxis, buses and/or the subway or metro.
