How will genetic engineering affect aour food supply in the future?
Genetic engineering has already affected our food supply.Day by day we eat genetic engineered food and the traditional ways of grwoing food crops and rasing the cattle has become forgotten.Wheat,Rice,Maize and all other corns are genetically engineered to produce high yeilding breeds.They yeild is high,but what suffers is the nutrient values.This is the main reason why our Ancestors were more healthy and medicine independent than our generation.Longevity,health,endurance,stamina,immunnity all have suffered due to this evil which is considered necessary by many. . Animals are also raised with different kind of medication to bring about their puberty early so that they produce early and be able to feed people by getting slaughtered or by milk production.The medication they get flow into human body through meat and milk.This produces the same effect in human beings too.Kids grow up early and abnormally which hampers the natural course of growth and gives rise to so many complications.One
