Not exactly sure at this point. However, a possibility is to partition off the café area so that tables can be set up on a temporary basis to facilitate the preparation of food. Essentially the entire east end of the grand hall can be used as a food preparation and serving area. Talk to an FOT member to look at some drawings with possibilities.
