How will funds be disbursed to projects?

How funds will be disbursed will be discussed with each organisation in receipt of a grant. Not for profit organisations and government institutions may receive advance payment which will need to be accounted for before a next instalment is received. All other organisations will be reimbursed expenditure on a quarterly basis subject to receipt of a valid invoice and the achievement of agreed milestones.
