We will ship your requests and original materials back to you via either Federal Express or United Parcel Service. We would recommend that you ship me your original media to us using either of these couriers as well. When we ship your request and original materials back to you we will send them via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). The only requests that will be shipped via the United States Postal Service are those that are being sent to APO/FPO military addresses, and they will be shipped via registered mail with a tracking number. Please remember that we will be shipping back to you your completed requests and your original media, which are very likely priceless and irreplaceable possessions, particularly if they are non-digital copies.
