How will fEC costings affect cash limited applications?
If the funding body is not a research council the application will be priced according, therefore although the fEC to the project will be known internally you will only request from the funding body the maximum allocated to this call If the funding body is a research council, the terms and conditions of the call will be such that they have made allowances for fEC e.g.: First Grant Scheme: EPSRC have increased the upper limit to £250 000
