How will existing staff postings be handled?
You have two options for existing postings for which you have received applicants: 1) If you are satisfied with your applicant pool you can finish the search in the old system. All the existing paper-based procedures will be followed. 2) If you need new applicants you will need to re-initiate the search in Jobs@UVa. Current applicants should be notified that the search has been closed but will be re-opened in the new system and if they wish to be considered they must re-apply through Jobs@UVa.
