How will eTutee pay tutors?
Payment is determined by the hours of sessions you gave. The system will cross reference your student’s online session with your recorded hours. eTutee’s system will automatically calculate the hours by seconds and will add them into your record as accrued. Pay periods are semi-monthly (twice a month). Hours accumulated between the 1st and the 15th days of the month will be paid on the 20th, and hours accumulated between the 16th and last day of the month will be paid on the 5th day of the following month. If the payment falls on a holiday, payment will be given on the next business day. This means tutors will be paid twice a month on the 15th and on the last day of the month. The system will round out your semi-monthly accumulated hours to the nearest hour. Any remaining minutes and seconds will be forwarded onto your next paycheck. For example, if your total shows 20:42:35 (hh:mm:ss), we will credit 20 hours, leaving the 42 minutes and 35 seconds for the next pay period. Payment can
