EST has been developed to meet the needs of the vast majority of our Commercial customers who are using Communications and Shipping & Delivery Services. EST is not customised for complex or unique requirement. Any customers, who require more specific software, should consult our list of certified vendors who are offering a Third Party Solution. Top Access/Getting Started • How do customers get access to EST? To access both EST versions, customers will require a Canada Post customer number and an On-Line Business Centre User ID and Password. Canada Post Customer Number: Customers are required to have a valid Canada Post customer number and a contract number (when applicable).
