The use of natural materials such as locally-sourced timber and stone, recycled slates and materials, natural paints and preservatives, energy efficient windows and doors, solar water heating panels, innovative ecological design, Passive Solar heating, Geo-Thermal heating systems servicing under-floor heating systems fuelled by on-site hydro/wind/photovoltaic electricity generation will practically demonstrate all aspects of the ecological and practical approach to be incorporated within the project.
