All lots will be serviced with a gazetted road and irrigation channel crossover. Non-potable irrigation water will be provided to the farm gate of each lot. Drainage to take flood waters from the farm area during the wet season will be provided. Lots will not be serviced with power or standard telecommunications, although access to other telecommunications methods is being investigated.
