How will dust and debris be contained while work is performed on my unit?

In general, very little work will happen from within the unit itself, keeping dust and debris to a minimum. However, the contractor will still protect the areas adjacent to the work, in order to minimize the risk of damage to those areas. The Contractor will make a good faith effort to clean up the work site daily. This includes running a magnet over the ground to pick up metal debris, such as nails. Owners may request that their driveway or garage be cleaned before driving through – please give the crew notice before leaving.
