How will duplicate patient records be migrated?

0

Every effort must be made now to identify, cleanse and merge these records. Please refer to IQAP guidance: Guidance to Support Duplicate Record Management of Legacy PAS During Data Cleansing Prior to NHS Connecting for Health Data Migration. Records to be migrated should not have duplicate records if correctly validated by the trust. If the record you want to migrate is not of the sufficient data quality, it cannot be migrated. The Local Service Provider will not accept the migration file if it contains more than one record with the same NHS Number.
