How will Drupal affect content creation for groups that adopt it?
A. Drupal provides web developers with the potential to delegate content creation for their websites much more broadly thanks to web-based editing of pages. Much like the UCAR wiki, editing a page is as simple as logging into the Drupal site with your web browser, going to a page and editing it using the WYSIWYG editor (which is a client-side JavaScript codebase called TinyMCE). This means you don’t need to get your content contributors configured to use Dreamweaver or another HTML editor, or worry about UNIX permissions and FTP logins. Because of this ease of use, even non-technical users can be invited to contribute and edit content.
