Document Nation uses a unique, Triple-Identification system created by our internal proprietary software, DN Streamer, to make sure files can always be found and/or immediately identified at all times. Each file is individually marked with a unique Document Nation File-Identification-Number; the box in which it was received is additionally given a unique Document Nation Box-Identification-Number. All identification numbers are all assigned immediately as soon as files are received, and are in sequential order as well as grouped and coded automatically by individual company by our software. All this means that your files will never be accidentally misplaced with another company’s file, or lost somewhere on its own. Our DN Streamer system ensures complete organization, 100% of the time.
