DLLR will update the contact information on original applications, envelopes and marketing materials currently in distribution. DLLR will then arrange for the revised materials to be reproduced by either DGS, MCE or a third party vendor. At least 90 days prior to the transfer of programs, DLLR will develop a production timeline so that the printed materials will be ready for distribution on July 1, 2009.
