They will be able to use IMI’s user-friendly search engine to identify competent mediators. IMI’s website will include details of all mediators who are IMI Certified, including their resumé, feedback digest and other aspects of track record, specialist expertise, style, language capabilities, location and other critical information which users need to equip them in making a choice of the right mediator.
