How will DERM respond to a declared crocodile of concern?
DERM responds to all crocodile of concern incidents as a priority. A risk assessment is undertaken and documented and an Incident Controller is appointed. The Incident Controller determines the nature and extent of response to the incident and appoints an Incident Management Team consisting of trained DERM staff who have the specialist skills required for responding to the incident.
