Department technical support staff will no longer be responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of installed campus standard Smart room equipment. Campus standard installed projectors, control systems, audio systems and media players (DVD/VCRs) will be maintained, repaired and refreshed by Media Distribution Services (MDS) technicians.
