How will deliveries and trash collection at OPH be handled?
The Old Police Headquarters is a unique structure because no one side is hidden from the public’s view. Its 360-degree façade prevents a true “back-of-house” from being developed. Rather than constructing large visual barriers that would impede views of the building’s facade and compromise overall architectural integrity, loading/unloading/service locations will be architecturally treated as a continuum of the project’s thematic design.
