How will data be used for any and or all data collections activity in the proposed program fields?
These “Facility” fields will not be used for data collections, as they are required only for “Facility” funding purposes to ensure accurate calculations based on needs, along with other data that goes into the algorithms for the calculations. After the end of this school year (or as soon as the conversion of all other DOE databases have been completed to MyGaDOE), almost all of the data collections will use the school fields as they always have. Until such time as all database conversions have been completed, new data collected in MyGaDOE will continue to be replicated in the Oracle tables, in the same form and format as before during the transition.
