A6. Cuthbert Street will be the service street for the development. Trucks will enter through Cuthbert Street on the 19th Street side, back into the loading dock, and then exit Cuthbert Street heading east to 18th Street. The developer has offered to discuss with its traffic consultants the Sterling’s own existing loading predicament so that loading for both properties can be accommodated.
