The operations of the ILC are designed to move freight in and out of the facility quickly to reduce standing or idling. Only equipment that is fully compliant with state emission control standards is allowed on CSX premises. The fuel storage equipment located on the facility will be fully compliant with all applicable state and federal environmental laws and regulations.
