How will construction traffic be managed?
If necessary, traffic controls such as flagmen and barricades will be implemented within the public safety department’s guidelines. To help minimize congestion on Holcomb Bridge Road during construction, deliveries will be limited to times outside of rush hour periods. Realistically, this is a major construction undertaking, and some traffic disruptions can be expected.
