Four community meetings are planned prior to selection of a 3rd Party Partner as follows: • Community Meeting 1- To explain process and preview the RFQ / RFC / RFP • Community Meeting 2- To present short listed teams and view design concepts • Community Meeting 3- To present RFP design submissions • Community Meeting 4- To discuss 3rd Party Partner selection with Board of Supervisors In addition, the community will also ahve a chance to offer input during the environmental impact report process.
