How will clients learn about the availability of collaborative family law?
The CFLCW is undertaking a marketing campaign. Local chapters are also beginning to get the word out. Lawyers trained in the collaborative process will explore this new option with clients, distribute brochures and other written materials and provide the web address. Local chapters are contacting the media and arranging interviews and press releases. Because Collaborative Law fits so well with the needs of families and children we expect referrals from mental health counselors as they become aware of the availability of the process.
