How will clean car standards impact agricultural producers?

Farmers and ranchers in California, the largest agricultural producer in the U.S., live in a clean car state and have had no problem buying the cars and trucks they want. The clean cars standards will have a net positive effect on farmers by helping to diminish the consequences of global warming, such as changes in temperature, precipitation, water availability and soil moisture, as well as greater disease and pest prevalence.
