How will changing enrollments at Lower Merion HS and the New Harriton HS impact student parking?
While we encourage students to utilize the transportation that the district provides them for both environmental conservation and safety purposes, we recognize that a number of students elect to drive to school. It is anticipated that Lower Merion HS will be able to accommodate student parking as planned, as some additional spots that had been identified for administrative staff may be designated for student use, particularly with the move of Technology and Operations functions to the District’s office on Rock Hill Road. Under any circumstances, student parking will be limited to the number of spaces available on site. There is no plan to revise site plans for parking.
