How will changes and/or modifications to the interface be managed?

Cisco has engineered this interface to support multiple trading partners. Changes must be carefully managed with respect for all trading partners. It is Cisco’s desire to adhere as closely as possible to published standards from RosettaNet. Changes proposed by both RosettaNet and Cisco’s trading partners will be considered but will only be implemented when the costs can be justified through benefits to trading partners. Changes will be implemented with joint consideration from Cisco’s trading partners.
