How will change be rolled out? How will we transition from the current processes to the new processes?
Change needs to be fostered at many different levels. We have an Executive Steering Committee that serves as the senior management sponsors of the project. We will be recruiting Change Champions, folks like you who want to help bring the change to your work place. A formal Organizational Change Management plan that includes communication and training will provide effective transitions to new processes. The plan will be completed in the project analysis and planning stage.
