How will CETL funds be paid to institutions, and what are the start and end dates for funding?
CETL recurrent funding is available for five years and capital funding for two to three years. Recurrent grants will be paid in equal quarterly instalments for five years starting from the first payment in 2005. For CETLs that are announced in January 2005, the first recurrent grant payment is likely to be made in summer 2005 and the last in spring 2010.
