How will CEN connect to each public library?
The creation of the CEN is a partnership between the state, educational institutions, and libraries in Connecticut. The State intends to provide a connection to the CEN to the primary library in each community. It is then the responsibility of the community to connect other libraries to the primary library for Network connectivity. Standards for minimal and optimal connections to the Network will be established for libraries. The state will work with libraries to provide technical assistance and guidance as available to develop these networks for CEN connectivity.
