How will C-IV implement regulations that are particular to one county or another?

There are no known regulations that are particular to a county for the automated Eligibility programs (CalWORKs, Food Stamps, and Medi-Cal). Regulations are mandated at the state level through the EAS, Food Stamps Regulations, and Medi-Cal Eligibility Manual. Programs that have flexibility at the county level (for example, Diversion) are not automated through C-IV’s Eligibility system (other than apparent CalWORKs eligibility). The county has discretion in what they will offer for Diversion and how much they will pay through C-IV.
