How will AYP be determined for small schools that have an overall tested population of less than 40 students?

For schools that have fewer than 40 students tested, Georgia will first compare the schools performance against the absolute bar (AMO). If the group of ALL students does not meet the bar, then a test of statistical significance called Confidence Interval will be applied. (See question 17 for an explanation). Schools that fit this category will not have the AYP process applied to any other student group.
