How will AutoPatch and its products be branded after the acquisition?

The AutoPatch organization will be fully integrated into AMX and will no longer operate as a separate company. With the acquisition, AMX will have a new product family called AutoPatch. All of AutoPatchs current products will now carry an AMX logo but will maintain their current brand model names.
