How will attendance be handled when a substitute is present or if the internet is not accessible?
In the event that a teacher is absent or the interent is inaccessible, the campus attendance clerk will provide the teacher or substitute teacher with a printed class roster. The roster is to be completed manually and returned to the attendance clerk within 15 minutes of receiving the roster. Substitutes will not be granted access to a teacher’s gradebook for attendance marking purposes unless deisgnaed by the teacher or Attendance Adminsitrator Designee.
