How will Aladdin be integrated into SafeNet?
Upon completion of the transaction, Vector will be placing Aladdin under common ownership and management with its portfolio company, SafeNet Inc. Aladdin’s products will continue to be supported by SafeNet upon completion of the transaction, which is expected to close in March 2009. Upon the transaction close, we expect Aladdin’s customer service and support functions to be integrated within SafeNet’s global service and support structures. Customers, partners and resellers should expect continued excellence in service from SafeNet after the acquisition.
