If an agency nurse from TMP wishes to work at The Christ Hospital they will need to request all shifts through Right Shift. First they will need to enroll by completing a profile for the manager of their “home unit” to approve. Once approved, they can see what shifts are posted in Right Shift to request. The manager of whatever unit the agency nurse requests a shift in will decide whether or not to award the shift to them. If the manager awards a shift to an agency nurse the agency nurse will receive an e-mail notifying them so they are prepared to work. TMP will also receive an email.
