How will accounts be kept?
We will keep separate accounts for Library and a separate ledger will be maintained by the treasurer. At the end of each financial year, the accounts will be passed initially by the Library sub-committee and later on, it will merge with the accounts of our Organization. Similar methodology has been in place for other projects, like Children’s park. Also, the detailed accounts as well as progress report of the project will be communicated to various donors at the end of the financial year.
