How will a teacher know if the data/attendance clerk has made a change to the attendance record?

Changes made to a teacher’s attendance marking will be visible in the gradebook 24 hours after the alteration is made. In order to view changes to attendance records in the gradebook, teacher must go to the attendance screen and click on the Reports icon. From the reports screen, teacher must choose the date or dates that they wish to view. If a change was made to their attendance marking, the change will be highlighted green, showing the marking of the teacher followed by the change made by the data clerk. The submission looks as follows: A/D. This marking would indicate that the teacher marked the student absent, but the clerk excused the absence due to a doctor’s note.
