How will a patron know if they are permitted to take wine and beer into an area of the manufacturing site that may or may not be licensed?
Informing patrons about licensed and unlicensed areas within an establishment remains the responsibility of licensees. A sign indicating that liquor is not permitted past a certain point, an informed staff, reasonable monitoring and appropriate security will all help to instruct patrons if areas remain unlicensed.
