In a partnership only the lead agency needs to register on CompeteFor. In the case of a large consortium, whilst each organisation needs to sign the agreement only the lead agency needs to register on CompeteFor. It is recommended that all organisations register on CompeteFor so as to be able to find out about and respond to future opportunities.
