How will 8th & 9th graders be physically separated?
The 8th and 9th grade academy will function on its own class change schedule, its own learning schedule and its own specials/elective schedule. While all grades will be in the same building and the classrooms will not be separated, the paths of the students throughout the day will rarely cross. They should only intersect at arrival, departure, in the school offices or nurses’ office.
