How will $1.99 Family Plan rate appear on my monthly billing statement?
Customers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico will receive two credits on their monthly billing statement. A $10.00 credit will offset the Family Plan’s original $11.99 Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) and there will be an additional credit to offset the $2.99 regulatory fee. In Canada, customers will receive one credit for $13.00 offsetting the Family Plan’s original $14.99 MRC.
