How & where do I enter a treasury stock redemption for an S-Corp?
My Client is an S-Corp — was a C-Corp & has Earnings and Profits. They bought out 2 shareholders and created Treasury Stock and now they want to cancel the Treasury Stock. In ProSeries I cannot figure out where to enter the reduction in Retained Earnings and how to reduce both the AAA & the E&P. Thanks for your help.
