How & when does the cumulative summary update?
Cumulative summary includes only days that the program knows it has seen all of the logs for. The program knows it has seen all of the logs for a day when it sees logs for the next day. Wusage no longer runs automatically, we tried with the service itself and it fails to start too. Try using the administrator’s account in the service setup. It sounds like it could be a permissions problem. Also, read the next FAQ for more information.
